The company was
founded in 1978 under the name of 'Lordos & Kyriakides Ltd'. In 2004,
the company was renamed 'Lordos & Epiphaniou Ltd'. It is part of the
A.Epiphaniou Group of Companies that specialise in construction
materials and welded wire mesh for concrete reinforcement.
Its sole purpose
from the outset was to develop and sell small scale projects around
the island. Lordos & Epiphaniou Ltd also undertakes level 3 building
contracts. Our aim is to provide high quality properties at affordable
prices.
To date, the company boasts over 10 completed commercial and
residential projects with another 4 due to start over the next 12
months. |
